A big night last night. Can’t share the details yet, but the Board authorized the administration to reach a tentative agreement with the teachers union (GPEA) on a new contract. This is the start of the culmination of literally months and months of hard work by lots of folks on both sides of the table. Looks like the GPEA won’t vote on it until May 17th, so the details will remain unavailable until then. But a very big day for the Grosse Pointe Public School System.
